Possibly a rockbolts with resin wil do the trick in this case concrete quality and thickness is a factor

You have to hack open the wall to anchor the landing reinforcement into it; possibly, tie the landing reinforcement to the wall reinforcement. This way, the landing would act monolithically with the wall.
