If you were offered two jobs, one with high salary but not in your specialization or another in your specialization but with low salary. Which one and why?

If you have to choose between two jobs, a job with high salary but not in your specialization or another which exactly in your specialization but with low salary. If both companies are considered as medium companies, which job you will choose and why?

Organizations today keenly look for Employees with potential (those who are eager and able to learn multiple skills) for bigger and complicated roles, in the future.
Learning a new skill can be quite overwhelming to those who have only worked in their specialization - however learning new skills can have multiple benefits.
The concern here is not about the salary - the concern is 'are you willing to step out of your comfort zone to learn a new skill and will you try to be good at it?'   For those who are willing to take a risk  - Go for the New Job.
For those who are not willing to take a risk - Go for Your Specialization.

My answer to your question is; there is no right or wrong here, it all depends on your goal in terms of career and personal matters.
Sometimes you may want to go for the job you love at what ever cost, and sometimes circumstances force you to take the job that you may not enjoy so much that is very well paid.
At the end of the day, what matters is knowing what you want and when you want it during the course of your life.

According to my opinion, Salary is not major fact for any specialist.
Today or tomorrow a specialist will earn enough.
He needs not to afraid about salary.
So one should accept a job offer related with his specialization even with low salary.
It will help him to build up strong carrier in future.
  Thanks   Engr.

Every candidate has their own choice.
Depend upon the situation of the candidate.
If you are not looking for money but for your career then he/she will definitely chose the area where he/she can utilize their expertise and taste the flavor of the career oriented job.
Come on the other side, how an interviewer calling you for the interview if you didnt have speciality in that area.
It means you have some link and interviewer is confident enought that you can do this job.
In my opinion accept the job as a challenge even if it is not under your speciallized skills.
