Create Accounting posting error due to encumbrance accounting. Can anyone elaborate?

Once the encumbrance budget limit exceeds or not enough fund the system creates an error in encumbrance accounting. Usually when you approve the PO requisition or Purchase order system checks the fund availability and throws an error when fund is not enough. If fund checking is absolute control. it error and create an exception. In this case you have to increase the budget from GL to pass the fund check for that particular combination of account you had mentioned in the encumbrance account.

This is due to over or out of the budget. It needs an exception from the Budget Section.
