First i try to explain why the password protection feature inbuilt in PLCs, this feature is to protect the PLC Program / Configuration access by unauthorized person. so this protection is not the Critical feature of the PLC. So maily many of the PLC password protection can be removed by removing the Battery and remove the power for some specific time.In most of the cases the protection removed, if the protection still present then rmove the processor (in PLCs where  Controller connection to base board through the FPGA slot) for some time. Problem solved. Thanks

This answer is depend upon my experience. You can clear the memory by removing battery so there is nothing in the PLC, but there is no way to access a password protected program.

If you have backup then you can wipeout plc memory and download the program to plc. wipeout depends upon PLC type but simple a firmware flashing will also works. Without backup do not do any thing this may lose of machine program and function. There is also always master password for the PLC but for this you have to contact respective PLC supplier.

There is no way to access a password protected program. Removing CPU battery can only remove the program inside the CPU but the protection is still present.

yes, Deni Jungjunan is right, it need a vendor of Delta PLC, but who are the vendor and where find him. so i want to recommend a website to you, it is FastToBuy.com , it's not only a online shopping store saling all kinds of industrial automation products, and also supply technology support for industrial products any time, you can try to view it.

in case of programmed in statmentlist .Open the backup on your PC.Change to STL editor.Export the complete project.Open a new project in MW and import the file.In the system block you should now be able to select a new PW for this project. You now can change the program. To download it:Select download to PLC.If the PW-frame is shown: Enter the master PW:  CLEARPLCNow the PLC memors is cleared and you can download the modified program. This only works in the following conditions:You must have the project on a PC. (With PW protection you can not upload it from the PLC)The project should not include PW protected POU's (expect Wizards, and POU's avaliable on your PC)If the program contains Libraries, the you must have the same libraries on your PC.

As per my opinion, Never Break a Password in any case.

Purchase a PLC program from the respective Vendor.

Or

Get Developed a new PLC Program from your own resources or by a Professional PLC Programmer.
