How to avoid extra tax in case if a company is with an agreement with the third company and he is receiving payment on behalf of that company (A-B-C)?

A pays to b and b pays to C. What should B & C do to avoid double taxation.

Please understand coorporate tax is not invloved yet.
It is Withholding tax during the execution of contract.

in my opinion Increase expense or decrease revenue make the net income low so that the tax will be low

according to the contract, the payment for work orders will be paid quarterly by the client.
