ERP softwares help you with the transaction and financial aspects of a business allowing you to monitor and track stocks right from purchase to when they are sold. CRM Softwares on the other hand help you deal with all customer related problems, such as complaint management, clients and contacts tracking, lead tracking and customer interaction management.

Both these tools help you manage your business but do have some stark shortcomings. Both ERP and CRM softwares do NOT help you streamline your processes, simplify and standardize execution, scale-up easily , access real-time updates, evaluate, track and manage potential risks and help you manage compliance’s and contracts.

Despite the implementation of ERP and CRM systems, employees may deviate from their responsibilities and this in turn may lead to setbacks. ERP and CRM systems can organize your sales and inventory and customer management but bringing order to your organization is much more important to ensure that your organization is running in an optimum manner.

UNITXPRO has been built, keeping in mind all these factors and specifically address all these issues, taking business management one step further. With Quality Management Systems, real-time management, process and workflow optimization features and its cloud based architecture, UNITXPRO slots right into your existing framework and integrates seamlessly with your existing ERP and CRM softwares.

It depends on how you define large enterprises? When it comes to implementing an ERP system you have to consider different criterias. In addition to the number of users that will be using the ERP, you have to consider the number of transactions and the enterprise mid-long term requirements  to define if the ERP is flexible and scalable enough without getting into details about what ERP is suitable for the business.

Usually for large enterprise SAP is still number one although its implementation cycle and cost is higher than Oracle which is as well well used in such enterprises. When it comes to Microsoft Dynamics, there are different products AX, NAV and GP and are very well used in the small to mid range companies and in continuous increase of  market share.

Its worth to note that large enterprise industry is limited and ERP suppliers are focusing on the SMB (small medium business) explains the different versions of SAP and Oracle;  Microsoft AX which microsoft is targeting the large -mid enterprise industry with,  has its own inside competitors such as Navision and GP (very well famous in US). While AX has more functions for the enterprise, Navision can be still used after analysing the business needs and operation.

Infor and Epico are well know as well especially when it comes to SaaS and have been doing good in the market.

ERP helps in managing accountancy, order entry, inventory, contact management, purchases, etc. for a website. Achieving success in an online store is next to impossible for those who do not use an effective ERP system.

The most common and trustworthy ERP solutions that are been used by large companies are provided by this company. They have an Order Assignment app, which is a central location that receives all of your orders from the website, eBay, Amazon and all other marketplace channels. Order assignment shows you orders that are fraudulent, under charged, credit card AVS mismatches and on hold. By using order assignment, you can quickly verify orders, check inventory, reassign suppliers and warehouses, email customers, and process the orders for shipping. Also, you can easily manage your inventory by importing an Excel sheet or automatically syncing it from an online source such as Dropbox or FTP. They have many more apps to make the complete process of ERP simpler and easier, so get in touch with them right away.
