Whenever I use a tool in flash for example the brush or pencil it can only draw horizontal and vertical straight lines, this is probably a problem that could happen with all adobe products so if you have any experience with any adobe products please help.

That's regularly happens when you click shift key with your mouse, so I think that your shift key is squeezed in..
