Set several specific and achievable milestones. Each milestone completed also acts as a motivator to move onto the next. Success is defined differently by each person. Once you have reached your goal, it may no longer seem sufficient, and so another goal is set and so on and so forth.

Keep growing. Keep setting goals. Keep achieving those milestones and you'll be well on your path to unlimited success.

There is no fixed formula unfortunately, But basic ingredients should be considered and worked upon such as:

1. Vision: How can I see myself and my company today and5 years from now. "Without a vision, people will perish" - so goes the bible. Still, vision is not enough as it is selfish. So comes the second basic ingredient.

2. Mission: what's in it for the customer. What's the benefit that the customer gains.

3. Persistence: never still until it is right. Thomas Edison is an example.

4. Teamwork: nothing great happens without people support.
