The description for Event ID1000 from source VMware VirtualCenter Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was included with the event: [VpxdLdap] Failed to search OU=Instances container. This may indicate a problem with LDAP permissions for the account running VirtualCenter, or that the schema is not compatible with this version of VirtualCenter. the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table
If you are getting following error :ERROR: Call "ServiceDirectory.QueryServiceEndpointList" for object "ServiceDirectory" on vCenter ServerJust do one thing... Just go the services and start if VMwareVCMSDS Service is Stopped
