Hello!

This issue could be seen by various POVs.

One of the reason (in target based production/manufacturing) is lack of appreciation and rewarding. Approach should be moderate so that there becomes a state of mutual respect, a feeling that the situation is being understood by both (workforce and management/supervision).

Other thing that happens is monotonous working routine. At beginning the daily routine works just fine. But, as the time passes by, the fatigue increases and hence the with increasing workload, the stress increases, which usually ends in fights, arguments and ultimately affects every side. so, to tackle that, there should be specific scheduling and rotation of work. This will benefit keep things calm and moving at work place

In the recent time we have evident that product or service is not sold on 4 P's we have been studying in our books rather than they are sold because of people and processes; people are the one that specialize in processes and preach that to their sub-ordinates and so on and so fourth. hence, these people should be taken good care as these are the assets of your organization. 

These constraints can result in insufficient production due to lack of appreciation from the management this can be hurdle by sending them appreciation letters if can not meet them face to face. Also to avoid the monotonous in the job management should conduct different exercises for them like ask them for their creativity in the process this way they will be motivate as motivation is not something that comes just like that you have to struggle for it; you have to find your motivation no one can help you in that.

The gap b/w the owner and workers. there should be the seminars or annual dinners of owner with there workers so that they know how to go for the company benefits and there should be the reward system based on the best worker of the year etc and visit system of different good industries to learn new technique for the betterment of the working environment.
