You said should I continue to Learn Web Development Language.

The answer totally depends on how many languages you have learned in web development. There are many languages to learn in web development. And there are many libraries to understand.

Are you a front End Web developer or Backend Developer?

According to me to start learning application development  language you should at least know one of the backend language like PHP or ASP.NET or Ruby on Rail.

Then it will be easier for you to learn and understand Languages like C, C++, Java.

And one more thing SERIES BEATS PARALLEL. You should complete one thing then opt for another.

You can learn anything but untill unless if you are not able to implement that knowledge , it is of no use . You should be able to make something out of your knowledge that you can show people .

But before you start making something out , you should analyse properly if that is best scenerio for it . Like for web development , Javascript is the best tool along with its different framework . You can develope anything out of it . Even an android and IOS app .

If you have knowledge of C, than start with C# and continue C# with web development. like asp.net or asp.net mvc. but try to work in mvc because its advance technology and easy as well.

"C" language have been designed by Denis Ritchie and Brian Kernighan for system programming, not for designing web applications. The following are apropriate:

PHP, Java, .Net, Javascript, Python, Rails, ... .

Hope helps,

The answer depends on your future career plans. If you are planning to work on applications, then you should start to learn it and if you are planning to continue working on web development then keep learning it. In both cases make sure to learn the most used languages.
