I speak Arabic and English.

Actually, there are millions of people, even in the mostly monolingual who speak more than one language , yet competence in three or four languages is not unusual case, and we've all heard stories of grandmas and grandpas who had to master four or five languages on their way from the old country to the new. Likewise, in many parts of the world it is common for people to go about their business every day using five or six different languages.

For me personally ,I speak Arabic and Turkish fluently because that's my first languages ,and  I speak fluent English too, as I am graduated from oxford language school and had  IGCSE, despite it is not prove English proficiency but  I'm pretty good with languages in general, hitherto I can understand French although I've only learnt during my visit  to France- thanks to dad every year  I have a trip to a new destination – I know that isn't great teaching method, but still is something  and I can translate most French texts as I have a dictionary and a lot of time, indeed I have pretty solid Python.

Nevertheless, Turkey is my mom's homeland, whereas my dad is Egyptian  that's why I note in my language skills  native Turkish speaker and native Arabic speaker, the matter that makes many get confused and I already have received messages asking me  about myself. I have dual nationalities Turkish and Egyptian, it is not strange and easy to comprehend as anyone with a Turkish parent is automatically eligible to be a Turkish citizen, also  children who are born in Turkey, even not resident , are given Turkish nationality, however I born and grow in Egypt but I settled later on in Kuwait about years ago, I also have Turkish permanent residency as my Mom lives there.

Ever get to know somebody actually speak four languages Arabic, Turkish , English and French as well just start thinking how  she is gonna Turkish native speaker...idk maybe it's just me!

This question looks like an exam paper to me (Ms Ghada should have written: Attempt any five questions; All the questions carry equal marks!) Anyway, jokes apart.

1) How many language do you speak ?

I speak two languages.

2) What are they?

Hindi and English.

3) Which one do you speak fluently ?

I am fluent in both.

4) Which one is your first language ?

Hindi is my first language.

5) Do you find useful to speak more than one language ?

Being bilingual or even a polyglot, is always beneficial. You have access to more resources, like, literature, jobs, culture, people, etc.

6) Which one of those you speak do you find the most difficult and in what is it difficult ?

I cannot say Hindi is difficult to me since it is my mother tongue, but of course, to a non-Hindi speaker the language is difficult. The basic problems are: words are gendered, verb forms change according to gender of pronoun used and grammar is a bit difficult.

7) What language would you like to learn ?

I am interested in French.

8) Why did you learn these extra languages ?

I learned English for professional reasons.

9) How often do you use these extra languages ?

I always use both the languages.

10) What's the upper limit on the number of languages a person can know?

I suppose there's no upper limit, but it depends on individuals as there are people who can speak 14 languages, and there are others who find it difficult to learn even one second language.
