What is your way in work? 1- early come and early go. 2-keep exact office timing 3-late come and leave late

my way of working is option 2.

It all depends on the company ... if I start at 8 am - 5 pm and it is getting every evening late, since the 2nd shift is in need of material ... I made an arrangement with my boss to come in the morning later;

if we have a lot to do ... I work in the time and take the worked in time off when we had not much to do ...

Reason:-This gives us to schedule our life in a good invironment and we can plan accordingly.Remaining 2 options led to inefficiency and can not provide proper flexibility to schedule our work.

To keep healthier/comfortable work environment go for option 2.

A mixture of all 3 phases.

It all depends on the company ....

It mainly depends on the company & it's rules towards it's employees, but in general nothing of the daily activeties & follow ups should be delayed.
