In temperature above 35 deg for more than 3 days, who has the final say on concrete casting assume plasticizers, ice and liquid nitrogen are available?

Most projects in the GCC are carried out observing Hot weather Concrete conditions, particularly because of the weather here.

Hot Weather Concreting: ACI. ACI defines hot weather as "any combination of the following conditions that tends to impair the quality of freshly mixed or hardened concrete by accelerating the rate of moisture loss and the rate of cement hydration or otherwise causing detrimental results."

1. Ambient temperature of above degrees on a rising thermometer and less than degrees on a falling thermometer.

2. High wind

3.Low relative humidity of less than0.KNm

4. High concrete temperature

hot weather creates situations that require special procedures for proper mixing, placing, finishing, and curing.

In the era of technology, everything is possible. In hot weather temperature above 35 degree is no problem at all. Super plasticizes, Ice and use of Nitrogen can produce the concrete of 18 degree temperature.A good example is Clock Tower of Haram in Makkah, where all these things were implemented.
