In Schedules (Baseline, Revised, Recovery etc.), standards productivities rates are considered.

Actual productivity rates are calculated by actual work done by a particular crew divided by time elapse.

No dout it is some how difficult to actual productivity rate indivually specially for multi task manpower.

To overcome such difficulty, a crew of skilled and unskilled person can be arranged for particular task supervised by experienced supervisor. Supervisor will record the work done by the assigned crew in the elapse time, weather conditions are also noted.

This pratice can be repeated for few days and by changing crew.

The avergae will be considered actual productivity of a crew for particular task.

By this way, accurate results will be taken.
