Unless you have a comprehensive CRM solution, I recommend to start by compiling all opportunities in a spreadsheet. List out

 - Country/Market

- Compelling event/motivation of the client

- Category of product/service to be delivered

- Total contract value TCV

- Probability /sales stage

- Weighted TCV (i.e probability multiplied with TCV)

- Expected closing date

- Actions required to close

By summarizing the TCV column and weighted TCV column you can quickly get an estimated of both weighted and unweighted pipeline.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for invitation -

Action detailed study - Product - site sales - competitive prices - and competitive offers - Incentive markets - the final report - the work of the feasibility study !!!

Hi, it depends on the product, first is to see the economic capacity of the market, to have something attractive to attract attention, to review the space where you want to make the model, what budget you have, to have the complete and clear information of your product, More is a special technique
