Site supervisor responsibilties may include some or all of the following depending on the type of site ;
Delegating work to workers , dealing with subcontractors, inspecting building elements for conformity with the drawings, specifications and codes , monitering and enforcing safety procedures , ordering materials , issuing a daily progress report to site manager.
