What are the important skills a fresher should posses?

Following are the skills which I consider as a fresher.

-know how to defend himself/herself from others trap.

-Focus to achieve target.

-Know how to control patience according to environment of the Organization

1. Everyone is has an experience of being a fresher, the most important skills you should posses are being confident, and quick learning. 

Are repeating the phrase work under pressure without knowing the true meaning of which must be one of the first practical qualities .

The major skill a fresher should have is commitment ,listening, learning,asking necessary question,ability to adjust to change and growth mind set.
