Describe your multi-tasking techniques. How do you cope up with pressure at work?

Doing anything to be relax, like moving from my place for5 min.

 

Because I’m not the person who has difficult time with stress, and if Have pressure I just doing my work to make it done. And It’s not easy to be stress on work because always I doing the thing I like and I’m trying to make the life easy around me.

Multi-tasking is not easy. You should be highly focused so it will not affect the things you are doing, that you will still be able to do it accurately. You must know your priorities as well. To handle stress, you have to enjoy some part of your environment. For me, as I was working in a retail showroom, stress is really unavoidable. What am doing is I am taking a break to rest my mind. Let's say sit for 5mins, drink something, be at ease. Or if am seeing kids I am playing them. If there are customers, am talking to them. Just make sure to stay few mins away from what stresses you. This will make you feel better and 5alas. Do your work again.

# Commit only realistic and stretched but achievable targets (under commit over achieve)

 

# Be clear while taking any target, talk to bosses let them know your views.

 

# Have faith in yourself, be positive with positive attitude.

 

# Enjoy what you do , if you can’t enjoy make it as a habit.

 

# Finish your work even if you have to work for an extra hour but do not take it to home.
