An Appropriate assessment will provide appropriate solutions to a given problems in the project to be solved. While Sustainability assessment will provide sustainable solutions to the problems in the project, meaning sustainable solutions may not be full proof, it may last for sometime after implementation and then vanish or there are at times more than one solutions available for the given problems in the project.
