Why do you think, unnecessary burden of paperwork for teachers is a main hurdle in delivering their best?

Teachers need to focus on their students; their progress, interests, and needs. Other distractions as unnecessary paperwork of course could affect the quality of the performace.

For some teachers  the word "unnecessary" is always associated with frustration. Teaching is one of the most demanding and all-consuming jobs, so extra, unjustified workload is the last thing a teacher would fancy.

I do agree that nothing can be more distracting to this sacred profession than the insipid filling out of useless forms and endless documents instead of exploiting the time and effort in something which can be of more use for our students.

I thing noting respect employee like the teacher, this is first of all, there is nothing saying unnecessary for planing, there is preference state for progress  duities.

For paperwork teachers is prepearing way to organizing his/her duity to bestwoal to students what he/her concern, i thing it's the first step to arranged his/her work to communicat with students.
