the last phase of risk analysis is observe and adjust. On this phase throughout the operations of the project, a risk manager will look for threats or weaknesses in some areas of the plan and adjust based on it.
Qualitative risk analysis will be identified with following.
+ Is there Risk Assessment committee formed and regularly preparing / reviewing the risk assessment
+ How frequently the each risk assessment has reviewed.
+ Is there policy / target for standing duration for the risk assessment review period and followed accordingly
+ identify previous year / 6 months old near miss report for which is there revised risk assessment and its implemented.
