Definitely; But chances would increase If that airline has a base of operation from your place, they could possibly hire you. It all depends on how you perform in their selection programs. A word of advice as I believe you are a fresher. Try to get inducted in any airline regardless of small or large, domestic or international and increase your experience. Although Discrimination as a social evil can't be completely eliminated from society, you may still stand a chance to land your dream job. If you have "what it takes" to qualify to be a cabin crew member, it will be a matter of time for you to get the job thus believe in yourself, work deligently, make contacts with people in such profession & also try to be mentally, physically & geographically mobile to stand a chance to exploit opportunities
