Can you give an example of the best customer service experience you have had?

There are many examples but on generally , the best experience we can build with time through practice  , the best result when we see smile of your customers and touching the happiness in their faces , the satisfy from the services that made for them .

I m tempted to give a generalised answer but i will deviate from it.  I wud rather giv an example.  Once on an emirates flight, i was sat in Coach n asked the attendant if i cud get some Baileys n to my surprise, she actually brought it nit once but kept on serving me till i had enough.  i was very much aware that Baileys is not served in Economy but still thought of asking to c what happens.  She cud have said NO but then she dint.  That was a well-trained attendant.  that was a delightful service.  That was taking that extra step towards making a custimer feel like coming back n that incident cemented my relationship with the airline mire over the years than it was already.  Since 2003 i m flying EK no matter where i was.

Second example i cud think of was wen i was stranded on New Delhi Airport once n in Karachi once.  In bith cases without cash as i dont travel with cash but withdraw from an ATM.  I CALLED up my bank.  I was so surpised to find help where i was asked where i was exactly (and i was very surised why she wants to know where exactly i was standing physically) n then i was asked to turn around n guven directions to the nearest ATM at the airport n in the orher example was guven exact address of the ATM in Karachi.  The bank was HSBC.  Its been its been 15 yrs n i have chosen to bank with them always.
