if you mean Search Engine Optimization position, the questions will probably be based on the following:

1- ability to perform search and hits analysis

2- what will you contribute to the team (it is mostly a team job and rarely a one person thing)

3- A SEO experiment that you did, process and results. 

4- What are your tools. 

Basically, look for job descriptions and or job posts and see the required experience other than education, you will most likely find their exact needs.

2. What is a canonical tag and what is it used for?
3. What is a robots.txt file and why is it important?

5. What are the last three Google's algorithm changes and what are the names and purposes?
6. What processes are involved in developing an SEO strategy?
7. Give some examples of best practices of Link building, at least 7
8. What tools do you use during SEO and why them?

3) Given your previous two answers, why did you choose SEO as a career?
