As per my opinion, there are many aspects which are like Pillars for your business. if you leave any aspect loose end then your business will start fading out and ultimately it will crash.

Like for example never make your goals your destination. Instead consider them as a one more step toward prosperity.

secondly always be up to date with market trends but do not copy them make them as your reference points to create your own trend.

Third, active and loyal team.

Fourth where ever you go do not forget your business always talk or introduce your business, you never know where is life changing opportunity is waiting for you.

Fifth and most important just love your business passionately and your business will definitely love you.

Good Luck

Scalability is indeed an issue for most business. It's difficult for businesses to keep on introducing new products and services and keep their customers engaged. That's where you need an investor who can also act as a coach. That coach has helped many businesses through the same process, so he can give ideas on scalability.
