Yes. It’s called Poker Face, and it takes years of practice.

 

Yes it's possible for people to deceive me with body language. This can happen when the other person mentions something inaccurate but then maintains their body gestures when telling accurate information.

Yes,  many people can deceive with ttheir body language.  The most common example is the forced smile

Body language always reveals who you really are, you can say something which you do not really mean but your body language will somehow shows your real feeling.

It is known that each body gesture represents a one or more meaning/s to it. Just like when a liar says: " I am honest " while they are actually not, a liar can also show a scared and heart-breaking look when, in reality, they are laughing that the ruler/victim is buying that lie. That brief example affords me to say YES, body language can be deceiving!

Note that body language could be used to deceive others to protect them or to protect oneself.
