What are the constraints that arise from the company's cudtoms, its formal and informal procedures for which the manager is most often confronted ?

When they can not go out of the box or just have to follow only one way which is being practiced from many time.

If job description is clear and well way communicated then there should not be any confusion. Every level has on limits that has been established for company's smooth working therefore, none has to violated that. However, if any stage some confusion arise then it must be addressed on the suitable level or platform. Hope I have tried to respond correctly.

I think of Bureaucratic hold ups, delays in decision making, acessing funds e.t.c informal customs I can think of a company's boss gala, birthday and some cultural norms and tradition that a manager isn't well off familiar with but has to try his best to abide
