Training can help trainees improve:

- their listening skills,

- communication through their verbal, para-verbal and body language,

- their ability to express themselves better and clearer,

- remove communication barriers,

- their  knowledge of of how emotions affect the communication process,

- their knowledge of the role of the message, sender, receiver, communication vehicle, noise and feedback,

- handling communication gaps.

 

The overall outcome is better team communication.

Training can give emphasis on the importance of Communication among the team,  techniques of effective communication, ways to communicate and other related subjects.

If the path/rules of communication/interests have been clearly briefed in Training session than you may get the results, otherwise some gaps will be there due to their professional interests/priorities.

Learning in a team is the best way of communication rather than one -on-on e or isolated learning. A well coordinated good team is an achievement and easier path to success.

 It can refresh the system and create new jobs. The system that is being worked on should be included in everybody.

Training to a new employee or old employee make perfect communication in a team. Either new ideas or existing ideas,  both of them should actually master everything about company nature of work.  However training is to upgrade the ability and knowledge if master its objective it will easily answer the demand of communication correctly and that the team will easily comply the tasks.

Greetings,I agree that Trainings enhance communication.Before I practice my Profession,I worked in Japanese company.All of us must have training before we start to work.So since all of us had training their is a nice flow of activity, from first process up to the last.And it is because of the training that we achieve our Target.Our teams understands each other when it comes to our work.
