It is a controversial question. While I am in HR, I think leaders multi-task and can and must be skilled in HR skills like recruiting, councelling, performance management, low level HR Administration and even L & D, all of which are supported by robust ever evolving technology. Without technology, few departments will timeously meet internal and external customer demands and even fewer organisations will compete when engaged in eMarketing, Sales,Client Support or even Manufacturing.
Certainly Both. As good technology added with strong and fair HR can boost your company more than your expectations.
Both for sure. If HR and Technology go hand in hand organisation will surely grow.
Both required
.
In modern times, it is both......................
Thanks for invitation, & sincerely regret for delay in answer, Yes, both an assets for esteemed organisation.
Off course nothing can replace Human Resource. But Technology is important to some extent to bring out the best efficiency and effectiveness of your Human Assets.
