I am running a company of SEO Services but unable to generate leads for my project. Give some tips regarding this?

Working with many SEO Specialists I have learnt with my experience that the Scope of work for a project is defined by the Selected Keywords, many people choose the wrong keywords. Therefore I use this techinque in the first two months of any SEO Project. 

 

Divide the Project into three phases. 

 

  1. Phase 1 (1-2 Months): 
    • Fix Onsite & Technical Issues
    • Make a PPC Campaign (All keywords)
    • Track which keywords bring most Leads
  2. Phase 2 (2-6 Months)
    • Write useful content (which is shareable) for backlinking (e-books, guides etc.)
    • On highly relevant Magazines/Blog buy the Featured Post
    • Measure success from each channel
    • Work to get your keywords on first page
  3. Phase 3 (6 Months and on)
    • Write useful content for your own website with lead magnets
    • Revisit and make a new PPC Campaign, exclude keywords optimized
    • Back to Phase 1
