basics:
1)use hart handheld communicator to communicate with the dvice
2)make sure that the zero span range on plc/DCS is as the one on the meter
3) use a portable ultrasonic flow meter to know the current flow rate and compare it with the readings from the magnetic meter
4) add +ve or -ve offset if needed
