ushers are the company's image in any event that you are attending or any campaign you are doing as long as you gave them good induction about your company but make sure to give to much information because they wont get it all, just give them what they need to know till they get your client to one of your sales ppl.
the criteria are mainly based on what you need and the nature of the event itself, sometimes you need to get highly qualified ushers with good looking as well as 2nd language some other times you just need someone who just can jet you the client you want.
