I think your question is very broad to answer since there are so many topics in literature you can write about. First , are you majoring in Drama, Poetry or fiction? Anyway, you can choose topics of comparative nature like the influence of modern poetry on Arbic vesre, Engish plays and Arqbic drama: identity and culture, scince fiction and Arabic literature
I strongly advise you to tackle the differences in terms of English dialects globally.
I think you should carry with your MS topics. Its easy for you b/c you already have little bit knowledge.
