According to me stability in teh work you love is most important because without having stability it becomes difficult for a person to give their 100% to their job. Money and fiunction will come when their is a stability and love and passion towrads that work.
Stability in the work I love, because if you love your work or the things what you are doing it will give good result. If you love your work you will be work with your colleagues harmoniously. And any task assign you can easiy perform coz you love what you are doing by heart and mind.
