Where do you draw the line of being a "friendly boss"? is it seen as a weakness? is being involved/supportive in "personal problems" a good thing?

if boss iss friendly and supportive and get involved in persnol problems that is good for the emplyee but it should e in solving problems and helping to sove ... but in exses it can be dangrious for both ,,, but till boder line it creates good relations which van be beter and benificiant for orgnization
