I completed Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering. I want to change my career to oil and gas industry. How can i do ?

HI SIR, HOW R U?

                         I have completed Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering.

and I have4 years of GCC  experience in related field.

I want to change my career to oil and gas industry but i have no experience in this field. 

How can i do ?
