For Job, Is age, Certificate are major component for recruitment?

Age is not a major componenent the older you are the more wisdom and experience in the field so capping a position at 30 years age is not vital, infact the older you are the less home responsibilities you have and less time taken for personal issues as you have big older children who can take care of themselves.

 

Yes certificate is important so that you know the field in expert knowledge and have practical knowledge.

Age and certificates usually specify the individual's level of education and experience. For job recruitment specialization is important, that is why age and certificate matter!
