SEO is very much alive and will not die as long as search engines exist. But it changed alot during the years from spamming techniques for link building to PR/social activities.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a process or activity that works on unpaid, natural and organic search results to 'optimize' or attempt to positively affect the visibility of a website, page, blog or any web content. It could be relevant to any types of search - keywords, images, videos or any form of content. It works on the principle of what the prospective target audience if looking for when he/she searches for something online, through the use of keywords, images, videos and the probable choice of search engine for performing these search activities. SEO results are also possitively affected by backlinks created through regular website/page activity and audience engagement. Basically, the more popular the website and a higher number of backlinks, the higher will the website feature on a search result rating.

Popularity = better visibility on search results =  = better hits = better chances of success

Every business which is small, medium or large needs to get on to the SEO bandwagon. Almost all companies are using SEO tactics to generate results that are more in their favour, and not following the industry could be a bold mistake that puts your brand/company lower on search results. Hence, the question should be more targeted to answer ,"SEO and how much to invest in it",

SEO is the fundamental stepping stone of online marketing and getting it right is essential. You have to use SEO principles and invest some time and money towards it as the globalized world reaches to the internet to search for anything and everything.

Yes SEO is dead. We arranged a funeral for him last year. President Barak Obama joined within the funeral and mourn for the lost. Saudi Prince also joined in the funeral. IS threatened to commit suicide bombing to the funeral. To prevent any unexpected circumstance Apache helicopters were ready during the funeral. The Guardian headlined the news.                                                                                                               [J/K]However the answer is simple. SEO is not dead but people who are relaying on SEO solely should accept the recent circumstances as threatening to them. Old school white hat SEO is still working. Google blocked the spamming craters. You need to share high quality contents which automatically attracts authority links to them and this kind of indirect link building would surely work. It would take time. Indeed it would take huge budget too. But it would pay off if you know how to calculate ROI.

Get your business strategy down on paper, define your target audience and study their purchasing behavior. Do they search for your product or service online? Then the answer is 'To SEO'

SEO is not going to dead now. i think it never can be. We always need to do SEO.

In reality SEO mean optimize a website as right way either for its user or Search engine. when a webpage is created we need to fill the content to wesbite like meta tags ( title , discription, keyword).

This is compulsary process to fill out on page optimization. we also need to reduce the load time of website which help to the user to load website fast.

At the End, We always need to exicute SEO process to fill out the content of website and optimize to the serach engine.

Not dead. Every site must need SEO.

SEO should always be implemented. If not, your website will have few to none visitors.
