How many employees have you hired through linked-in?

Whenever there is a need to hire a resource we always prefer to consult Bayt.com

We have hired no one as linked in again asks to upgrade to premium account so we use basic account for networking only 

I have been hired through linkedin.

I did few hiring’s via LinkedIn.com, I didn’t possess any premium account but yes effectively doing networking and post update through which many candidates approach me and vice versa. This helps us to save thousands of bucks. It works….. Even I could be approach at [LinkedIn: (URL removed due to policy violation. Please contact support for further information.)] 

None at this stage, however, we do look at peoples profiles when considering compatability
