1-Supply Chain Management is a system of organizations, people, technology, activities, information, and resources involved in moving a product or service from supplier to a customer. Supply chain activities transform natural resources, raw materials, and components into a finished product that is delivered to the end customer

2-Material management answers such questions as where an item is stored (Raw.Finish,Spare part,Consumable), how many item units are stored in a warehouse

Material Management

  1. Acquire and arrange the Store supplies without lack of quantity

  2. Ensure and updating Goods Receipt Note against purchase order without any delay Follow up the re-ordered materials, quality between demand planner, logistics and supplier

  3. Manage warehouse functions and its Stack standards.

  4. Record keeping for all material issues, returns, damage items and forward to concern department

Supply Chain Management

  1. Process purchase request according to Material Department

  2. Ensure the existing quantity of purchase

  3. Periodic price upgradation by trader or supplier

  4. Co-ordinate with supplier for appropriate delivery

  5. Budget preparation belongs to periodic consumption with category
