Do you prefer to work alone (in box) or with a team ? what is the positive thing of " team work" ?

it all depends  on the team leader,if i am not the team leader and the appointed team leader has what it takes to successfully lead the team i would accept to be part of thatb team.

leadership is key,you cannot succeed in joining team with no vision and direction.

I am a team man and will propagate team work.The result and outcome of a team work is better and the benefits of team work are:Increased efficiency the ability to focus different minds on one problem with mutual support and helps to accomplish better results through a pool of talent,skills and competencies.

It improves efficiency.

It encourages transparency and better communication.

It involves a cohesion,love,brother hood,cutting across diversified culture,exchange of ideas,mutual support and sense of accomplishment.

However there are certain times in a day,in a week or month  where you will prefer not to be disturbed while preparing or compiling data,figures or presentation.

I prefer starters teamwork., For several reasons, most importantly the ability to solve problems effectively and to reach targets faster

Team Work as if there is short fall a team can bridge the gap and move forward successfully but situation demands more efforts from my side i will also try to contribute a little extra from my side to see my team to reach the winning point.

It depends upon situation, if the requisite task needs team, then team is mandatory. But if it is feasible to perform singularly, then I will prefer to do it at my own, thinking that it is an additional important task

Team work always requires a team who understand each other and having diversified abilities. The result of a team work is always outstanding and brings more bonding in team. The ideas of a team work is unmatchable with a ‘work alone’ output. But, team leader is the person responsible for building a superior team and identifying talents in the team and utilizing it perfectly. He should be a real ‘Team Player’ and not just a person giving commands. He should really lead…..

i prefer team work becouse two head are beter than one

Although I encourage teamwork, I prefer to work individually on some tasks.
