I would recommend dreamweaver more as it is used worldwide and is very good

Hi Samar Saleh, Professionally I would not recommend basekit as an alternative for dreamweaver.
Basekit is basically a online web design and hosting platform.
You have to pay for the bandwidth and for hosting space per month.
There are templates available that supports both mobile and desktops (bootstraps) Dreamweaver basically a web design tool, say an IDE.
latest one support mobile device development too and publishing via sftp / ftp on servers.
It supports variety of programming languages, PHP, JSP..etc..
and natively support HTML and CSS.
The basekit designs you can achieve using dreamweaver, for that you need special web development skills.
