 travel and tourism exhibitions are rich source of finding new business and promoting your won itineraries, online marketing can be very effective if exploited properly... both travel agent and tour operator deal with travel and tours, travel agents arrange the tour controlling the main headlines of the tour like travel  and insurance, airlines, destinations and they deal with the clients based on those parameters... on the other hand the operator is the one who operate the tour by handling and providing more specific services within the tour like hotels, guides, local transportation... etc.. usually agents arrange then they transfer this business to the operator.... then come the guides who implement the itinerary
