Apart from writing policies and procedures that companies establish and sometimes becomes part of the dust around, It is always healthy for a company to have a kind of a steering committee that demonstrates such practices and to become role models for others. 

Such people become good embassadors for the organization to lobby and implement its vision, mission and core values by softly reviving company working and policy procedures into the hearts and minds of the professionals of tomorrow...

Those Gods of the company should lead by example to their subordinates. They should create a culture that they themselves will follow.  And these policies and procedures should be innovative, employer-employee friendly.  Because an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, where the talents and skills are being recognized and valued... this organizations will benefit, for it will maximize productivity, attract new talent and increase employee commitment.

That is the reason why they are called 'Seniors'..if they dont follow right procedures then how will the 'Juniors' learn. If teacher dont follow right practice then student with go directionless.

As i think there is no field in the local universities teaching these knowledges as main field, and there is no main courses give the required skills you looking for. so i think the experience build the knowledge as the seniors should learned from them old projects and problems they face...

 

so the seniors should know, because the control on the main positions come harder.
