Why Seniors Have To Know, Design, Implement & Follow Up The Companies Work Procedures?

Apart from writing policies and procedures that companies establish and sometimes becomes part of the dust around, It is always healthy for a company to have a kind of a steering committee that demonstrates such practices and to become role models for others. 

Such people become good embassadors for the organization to lobby and implement its vision, mission and core values by softly reviving company working and policy procedures into the hearts and minds of the professionals of tomorrow...

Those Gods of the company should lead by example to their subordinates. They should create a culture that they themselves will follow.  And these policies and procedures should be innovative, employer-employee friendly.  Because an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, where the talents and skills are being recognized and valued... this organizations will benefit, for it will maximize productivity, attract new talent and increase employee commitment.

This is very good question indeed. well ! In my profession this is very important because sometimes we get some faults in network so if we have all these things then it will be very easy to reach up the fault.

That is the reason why they are called 'Seniors'..if they dont follow right procedures then how will the 'Juniors' learn. If teacher dont follow right practice then student with go directionless.

In an environment where there is any form of management and assessment, it is incumbent on those who may be assessing or passing on their roles in the future to have a thorough working knowledge of company work procedures.
Without these skills, no true performance evaluation, control of direction, procedural change or promotion can reasonably take place.

As i think there is no field in the local universities teaching these knowledges as main field, and there is no main courses give the required skills you looking for. so i think the experience build the knowledge as the seniors should learned from them old projects and problems they face...

 

so the seniors should know, because the control on the main positions come harder.

Why Seniors only ? In an organisation, every employee whether senior or junior have their roles & responsibilities and tasks assigned to them based upon their qualifications, skills & level of expertise and competency.

They are bound to perform accordingly. 

nobody should pass any company's rules we should follow the comany rules because we;ll leave the company but company will remain.

Seniors are above the executive might, have to do technical business too as i know!!.

Senior Managers will have good Knowledge about the business approach keeping company and customers in mind ( win win situation for both company and customer ) which will result in more profit and customer satisfaction.

Seniors have a holistic view of the organization and have to lead by example.
Besides they have better understanding of the strategic goals and objectives the company needs to achieve.
