This is the case when we plan for "short term" only- Great leaders and Great Companies use their present success to acheive long term (which seems improabable sometimes) successes.
From my point of view that it hinders the success of innovation is the extent of the community and looks forward to the development of the people and the state of all MathtweFor example, Dr. Ahmed Zewail said ......... that the West is not smarter than us, but they support the failure to reach either of the success we are fighting to reach the success of failure
This always happens when company/people beleives that they are on the top & they know every thing & no need to innovation any more. Some times people doesn't like to leave their comfort zone of success & might be don't like to leave some powers.
But sure if the top management doesn't like/believe or support the innovation then the company will lose even the success sooner or later.
A set of fossilized minds do not allow for the experience of emerging outflanked and remain committed to its opinion and is able to do everything a disillusioned You can not do anything, it leads to business failure and lack of success in all fields
