Can one teach creative writing? Is it possible?

I believe you can. Finding the right medium to dispense this knowledge would be your first challenge. Not many schools or institutes think of "Creative Writing" as a part of formal education. So a viable solution could be Video Blogging or even a written blog, It is about writing after all!

Second and probably the difficult bit would be to Create a curriculum and to Structure an otherwise free form of expression. Here, drawing the line between Inspiration and downright Idea Theft can be among the first few disciplines to be taught. Your student will need to understand the Importance of Creativity because of which the tutor will have to draw a line in Inspiring a thought process against Imposing His/her own thoughts on the student.
