Drag and Drop

You can drag drop, you can attach by using XRef command, you can insert raster image using Insert (menubar)-> Raster Image.

But I suggest you to Copy picture and Paste it to AutoCAD workspace using Ctrl+V (that will be OLE). so you are never going to miss this file.
