The coverage area depends on the geographical area of the site and the operational radio frequency and also the transmitted power used. For WCDMA, the coverage area for every site changes with time as the traffic load changes in that site, the higher the traffic load the shorter the distance must be from the tower.

This all depends upon the geographical location where the cell site is located. Then it also depends upon frequency being used, number of users in that particular area. Normally GSM has the biggest coverage radius, then comes WCDMA, LTE and WiMAX. . These priorities can changes based on scenarios.

This totally depends upon the geographical region where you are using. Frequency also matters and number of users . GSM has larger coverage area then WCDMA, LTE and WiMAX.But again it is depended on the conditions. In generally the maximum radius can be upto34 km.
