Sheet uses sheets up to AO ink used is quick set. Generally good quality products like books . Unless you print on board. Web uses a roll/reel of paper which is printed and folded and cut before exiting the press. Ink used can be cold set dries via absorption. Or heat set dried via a oven and passes through chilled rollers to set. Heat set is the better quality print. Thanks
